Simulate amount of scattering in full fiber configuration

As discussed on PFS-Princeton group telecon on March 15 2021, the task is to simulate a full density fiber configuration and estimate how much flux we expect due to scattering.

At the moment the exact quantitative measure is somewhat unclear. The plan is to do the first pass on the problem, report and then more precisly define the quantities.
