sky subtraction algorithm via reduceExposure seems to be off. I believe the offset is one 1 pixel and it happened after PIPE2D-714 was pushed. The dipole in the subtraction shown in the figure is noticeable in all the spots I have looked at.
The quality of `reduceArc` is nominally quite good:
