generateReductionSpec.py currently puts hundreds of visits in a single detectorMap block (example below). This does not reflect how we want to process the data, so these blocks should be broken up into individual runs.
It's not entirely clear how to identify those runs. For the present, let's make it a continguous set of visits, and restrict the maximum length to 10 visits.
