      Description

      After recent discussion with Neven, Jim, Robert, and Michael, previous FRD plots which showed how FRD residuals changed and increasing steps of FRD will be instead compared to an anchor fiducial FRD of ~20 mrad  (based on FRD estimates from LNA). This way, the distribution of residuals about a base FRD can be analyzed and its distribution determined.
