Using the LAM data that Neven prepared in PIPE2D-603, we want to determine how much variations of f number in lab data can be detected. F number serves as an effective proxy for FRD since lower f number corresponds to a wider beam that illuminates large angles more (similarly to how FRD causes light to get distributed to on average larger angles). The ability to extract out this physical information will help inform us about the feasibility and precision with which FRD can be extracted from physical data.
