      Description

      Previous analysis of PSF variation with FRD has been done by determining the PSF's percent change (e.g. PIPE2D-573), but ultimately detectability of these signatures must done with consideration to the signal/noise of the system. This ticket consists of two different steps:

      1. Quantify differences in the SNR for PSFs at differing FRD 
      2. Incorporate noise directly into PSFs and determine FRD signature on PSF detectability
