Sprint:2DDRP-2021 A
As discussed in PIPE2D-512, exposures of Krypton arc data taken with the SM1 instrument at Subaru during December 2019 were incorrectly labelled in the headers of the corresponding FITS files as Neon.
The headers should be corrected before they are read in, using the header patching mechanism (PIPE2D-405).
While this problem has been addressed for the raw datatype in PIPE2D-525, the ReduceArcTask and BootstrapDetectorMapTask read in header information using the raw_md datatype. This needs to also be fixed in a similar fashion.
