      Description

      For the example data provided by price under /tigress/pprice/pipe2d-483/integrationTest/INTEGRATION/rerun, all of the SKY HDUs have zero elements.

      The DRP ReduceExposureTask needs to ensure that these HDUs are correctly populated.
