Fit stellar model templates using the Cannon-Payne technique

      Description

      Stellar models (PIPE2D-367) may be fit using the approach used by the "Cannon" (http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2015ApJ...808...16N) and/or "Payne" (https://arxiv.org/pdf/1804.01530.pdf) codes.

      We should compare these with pre-whitening approaches.
