Write code to construct 2D spectra from a combination of arc lines

Write code to generate 2D fibre traces of arc lines based on combinations of fibre traces from arc lamps.
The code should allow the relative intensities of each arc lamp contribution to be configurable - this will allow the 2D sky subtraction fitting process to fit per-element amplitudes.
