      Description

      The default cosmic ray detection configuration is not correct for PFS. Specifically, the PSF is quite sharp, and emission lines can be picked up as CRs.

      A first cut with RHL yielded a few changes:

      config.repair.cosmicray.cond3_fac = 4
config.repair.cosmicray.cond3_fac2 = 1
config.repair.cosmicray.minSigma = 10.0
config.repair.cosmicray.min_DN = 500.0

      Additionally, the fiber trace extraction profile is a bit wide, and picks up a few pixels from the neighboring fibers. For the moment, limiting to +/- 3.5 pixels defers having to worry about real overlap from wings.
