      Description

      Currently `extractFromProfile` and `extractSum` are member functions of the `FiberTrace` class. Please move them out (according to PIPE2D-218) into one free function which does both and takes a `MaskedImage` of the science spectrum and the `FiberTraceSet` as input parameters.
