FiberTrace.createTrace() can create a trace with a different width than profile

      Description

      The FiberTrace::createTrace method does not guarantee that the resulting trace has the same width as the profile. Please fix this.

      When this is fixed, please remove the workaround in ExtractSpectraTask.

      Looking at the code it seems to repeat lots of work that's done elsewhere; see PIPE2D-218
