Remove all calls to ds9, replacing them with afwDisplay

There should be no calls to ds9 (e.g. ds9.mtv(...)) anywhere in drp_stella or obs_pfs.

Please convert them to use e.g.

import lsst.afw.display as afwDisplay

disp = afwDisplay.Display()
display.mtv(...)
