      Description

      currently findAndTraceApertures only assigns trace numbers FiberTrace._iTrace in the range [0,nFiberTraces-1]. Please add a version of the function findAndTraceApertures which takes the predicted FiberTrace positions to identify the FiberTrace number in the range [0,nFibers-1]. Change the programs which call findAndTraceApertures accordingly
