Update metadata translator for gen3 dimensions

      Description

      In the lsst gen3, the exposures dimension has the additional fields that can be queried, but currently id = obs_id = seq_num = group_name = group_id.

      Also, the observation_type is set to science for all visits. The guide says exposure.observation_type: type of observation (e.g., BIAS, DARK, FLAT, ARC). Those values seem to exist in the exposure.target_name.

      Paul says we need to update the metadata translator.
