Estimate how much a spot moves if the illumination changes

In Jul 2023 run data, we see the offset of trace position with and without flat screen. It looks that the spot profile changes, which may be due to the difference of illumination. Firstly, please estimate how much PSF profile possibly changes with difference illuminations. Probably, we can start from two cases of extreme difference of illumination.
