Allow bootstrap to be performed with starting points that aren't SplinedDetectorMap

b3/r3 traces moved a fair way after re-alignment, so we need to re-bootstrap. However, the current calibs use a refined detectorMap instead of the original SplinedDetectorMap that bootstrap requires. However, we should be able to get a SplinedDetectorMap out of what we have that we could use to re-bootstrap.
