fitPfsFluxReference.py should provide an option to output debug information

There are several things that should be output optionally (maybe with --config doOutputDebugInfo=True):

• Prior probabilities inferred from broadband fluxes
• Likelihoods inferred from spectral lines
• Posterior probabilities
• Cross correlation in radial velocity estimation
• Flux calibration vector for each fiber
• Goodness of fit in the scaling of total flux

Revise the scripts so that they will output these things.
