      Description

      I just discovered that the genDefectsList.py script is in python/lsst/obs/pfs.

      Please move it to bin (or rather bin.src) and make sure that it works with the os/x SIP restrictions. No binaries should be in the python directory.

      Please also add sufficient documentation to allow people to run this script. Please check with John and me as to where this should go, and what format you should use.
