      Description

      At the moment 2d Zernike_Code is very opaque and difficult to use for anybody that is not me. There is already one tutorial covering some of the basis of the donut creation. The aim of this ticket is to create tutorial that cover

      • creation of solution from the fitting routine (including multi-image simulation of the same spot at different defocuses)
      • creating and running the fitting routine
