      Description

      As reported by RHL during the ICS/PFI telecon 2022-10-14, the optical cross-talk coefficients need to be re-measured and included into DRP.

      The current coefficients are based on a single bright star, visit=78454, arm='r', fiberId=586. See PIPE2D-1066.
