      Description

      When calling stability.plotArcResiduals2D() with parameter drawQuiver=False, the colorbar is rendered incorrectly. See example figure plotResidiuals2DnoQuiver.png.

      Test software included display_matplotlib gbdd1c81305+ec8e2bba64 and pfs_pipe2d w.2022.38, but I believe this started appearing after PIPE2D-773.
