Automate calib generation through YAML files

As discussed during the DRP telecon 2022-07-29, create a set of YAML files that capture the generation of all calibs.

Such YAML files can then be version-controlled in git.

Having such YAML allows re-generation of such calibs, traceability of what inputs were used to generate a given calib, and allows for future modifications in a controlled way.
