      Description

      Put the contents in the drp_fstar repository into drp_stella. drp_fstar contains only several python codes which generate parameter-interpolated model spectra for flux calibration. This migration was suggested by Paul Price in the discussion on the pull request of PIPE2D-922 (Add fitPfsFluxReference.py).
