This refactor changes the way drp1d_pipe retrieves spectra in a directory, it is based upon the fact that a directory is structured in the following way:
catId/tract/patch as specified in datamodel.txt for combined spectra
The previous implementation implied that all spectra were at the root of the spectra_dir (cf drp1d_pipe arguments)
