Add a new table for status of the on-site processing

As a part of the automation of the on-site processing, completion calculation, and design generation, please add a table of the status of the on-site processing, so that the queueDB script can look at the table and start its own calculation. We need at least columns like pfs_visit_id and status (in progress, completed, failed, etc.) for this.
