ignore is_medium_resolution=True in the target selection in SFA.py when arms="brmn" is specified

      In the target selection of SFA.py, objects with is_medium_resolution=True are selected when arms="brmn" is specified. Please ignore that constraint so that LR objects can be selected as well.
