Connect to g2sim2.subaru.nao.ac.jp when PFS is not observing

We currently use g2sim1.subaru.nao.ac.jp as the offline Gen2 host. Change that to g2sim2.

This is the conclusion from a Slack discussion on #commissioning. Since my memory is useless and Slack has limited history, I'm attaching a screenshot.
