Add username_hostname to the oneCmd identity.

      Description

      The oneCmd.py script does not take the trouble of identifying the caller: the commands it sends to tron are identified as oneCmd.oneCmd. So tron logs do not really identify who sent a command.

      Change this to, e.g. shell-ics_cloomis.oneCmd or similar.
