Change lead screw pitches from SAE 40 rev/in (635um/rev) to metric 0.7mm/rev

The lead screws for the FPA focus arm mechanisms are 0.7mm/rev, but the code uses 0.635mm/rev based on the "standard" 40 rev/inch. So the reported physical ranges have been ~10% short of reality.
