STS alarm message/email does not forward text field

      Description

      STS alarm messages that we receive contain only the value field :

      PFS: XCU_R1 Cooler1 Load value is at 0

      But text field has information in it that help operator to diagnose the problem, so we definitely need it. 

      Is that trivial to add  Yoshida, Hiroshige ?
