Update mcsexposure schema with all telescope info required for analysis

      Description

      We want to run all the usual analysis code using the opdb only, without using the FITS headers. karr can make a list. The schema needs to new columns and the table repopulated.

            In the first place, I think we need a list of all fields that are currently read from headers.  By default, I assume that we'll add them to the mcsexposure table (which may be renamed to mcs_exposure as per INSTRM-749)
