Description

The mixed-case table and column names in the opdb require quoting and so are generally troublesome. I propose we have a conversion day and switch over to delimiting with underlines.

I just made a new pull request for this issue. Basically I just changed the name of tables and columns and there is no change for structure. Do we need to review for that? If so, is it possible that cloomis review this request?
