add testing module to spsaitActor

Test run by humans has their limits, especially after a long day.

We've missed the turbo/interlock issue last week and we all know how it ended yesterday evening.

We need to start writing routines to test and validate hardware/software

hassan already started to put together a test plan for sps .

I will create a new set of commands following this plan.
