improve dither psf routine

Currently ditherPsf script is dithering in both direction, which involves doing duplicate position.

It was mainly for engineering purposes, but that's no longer necessary.

so basically :

•  step=1/2 pixels would gives you 4 positions
•  step=1/3 pixels would gives you 9 positions ... etc
