provide notebook to test bia-shutters board functionalities

Since we'll have to do that for each sm, I need to come up with a notebook which test the bia-shutters board.

To goal is to test different scenarii and make sure that the board is behaving correctly.

The test results will be automatically logged in /software/ait/logs/bsh
