Change gauge commands to match new gauges.

The existing Pfeiffer vacuum gauges break, and we are replacing them by different ones. Change the commands we send and parse the new responses.

As expected, there are very few commands. "Get pressure" and "get errors" are pretty much all we need, so this is not much work. We will need to support both gauges for a few months.
