use ics_roughActor to monitor LAM roughing pump pressure

As for now, the roughing pump pressure was monitored in xcuActor, but now that the roughActor is available we can use it for that purpose.

Our roughing pump model is not the same, so we won't use any other functionalities.

For that reason, this branch is not meant to be merged on master.
