stageManager is unable to manage multiple instances of enuActor

stageManager only checks the name of an actor and not its command line arguments to see whether an instance already exists or not. This test breaks for the current enuActor 0.7.9 and above, since there can be at most four (4) instances of enuActor for SM1, SM2, SM3, and / or SM4.
