Convert some/all Gen2 status into MHS keywords

      Description

      We currently convert Gen2 keywords into FITS header sections inside the gen2Actor. Some Gen2 status certainly must be passed along to the MHS world (e.g. rotation for FPS), but I suspect all should be, with the header construction then done by the actors.
