Generate updated MCS (PFSC) example file

We are generating PFSC files from the mcsActor. Since the last run, we have received clarifications and header change requests from Subaru. We need to incorporate those and generate a new sample file for approval.

The header changes need to be made to gen2Actor and tron_actorcore.

Besides the header changes, we need to append multiple image HDUs to the PFSC example files, nominally 7.
