For the first SAC (Slit Alignment Collimator) alignment, we have used a dedicated GUI which were mixing sequencing + monitoring + image analysis.
But our approach has changed now and for all AIT alignment we'll be using the same scheme :
- ics_spsaitActor does the sequencing and the logging
- ics_spsClient does the monitoring
- ics_sequencePanel to launch the sequences
- image analysis is done in jupyter notebook
I need to provide a notebook which generates useful plots from a given experimentId
