add a task to setup hw-raid repository and install packages for raid card

VM hosts and some physical hosts uses RAID card locally for its storage. It is better to be able to configure monitoring software and tools.

• add a line of hw-raid repository (deb http://hwraid.le-vert.net/debian stretch main)
• add package installation task
• install custom scripts for monitoring and maintenance, if any
