Add support for new interleaving firmware

We have new firmware which provides variable pixel interleaving on H4RGs. Add support for this feature.

In a bit more detail, there are two new configuration registers which specify the interleaving ratio and the offset of the 0th interleaved pixel. And frame size and readout time calculations are unsurprisingly slightly different.
