LAM reported that their motor motion was probably in the wrong direction. To confirm, I drove all three motors towards home, and they all tripped/hit the far (wrong) limit.
The bench system at IDG showed axis A going in the wrong direction; the other two were OK. Turned out that the initialization string sent to the motors did not define the motor direction (the correct F0 vs. F1), and that axis A showed the same behavior as the motors at LAM. After setting F0, the motor behaved correctly.
We suspect that is the only motor configuration problem at LAM, but of course cannot be sure that there is not miswiring.
