IP address is missing in SAN but only in CN for privca/create_cert.sh

      Description

      Currently, only hostname and FQDN are included in X509v3 SAN, and IP address is included in CN (Subject) but not in SAN. All of target strings shall be in a list for SAN, script need to be fixed.
