Fix agActor tron_actorecore dependency

      Description

      INSTRM-2642 cleans up the dependencies for agActor but it depends on an update in INSTRM-2641 tron_actorcore that requires more careful review and so is taking a bit longer. INSTRM-2642 is therefore going to be merged with a specific tron_actorcore branch still specified in the dependencies.

      After merging INSTRM-2641 (https://github.com/Subaru-PFS/tron_actorcore/pull/18) the ics_agActor should have that branch updated.
