Resolve update conflicts that happened with agActor code updates in Oct 2024

In October 2024 cloomis merged some updates from Kawanomoto Satoshi that were divergent from the files that Yoshida-san was maintaining. This led to some conflicts that Craig resolved at the time by incorporating the changes that Kawanomoto-san sent, assuming all of the files were the most recent copies.

The changes involve the parameterization of the inrflag, scaleflag, maxellip, maxsize, minsize, maxresid variables, which are now incorrectly hard-coded.

Remove the hard-coding and make the parameters work again.
