Disable all guide stars except gaia for now until we refine filters

We've recently added in extra catalog stars to be used for guiding and be default we are using all of them (except galaxies) but many need to be filtered due to various properties (not astrometric, no signifcant proper motion, etc).

For now we should disable everything except good quality gaia stars for both acquisition and guiding, then we should refine which ones we need for guiding.
